Simple ‘plug and play’ the EDGE-7 solution is supplied pre-configured from the factory with built-in intelligence and an energy efficient air-cooling system for effortless installation and customer convenience.
Peace of mind is provided by an on-board environmental and security monitoring system. Real time alarms and alerts which can be viewed via a WebUI, so you know what’s going on and see who’s coming and going 24/7.
Advanced configurations are available for enhanced levels of security and redundancy.

EDGE 7 in its most basic form comprises a cabinet - available in two heights as standard: 42U and 48U, with two widths - 23.6”/600mm or 31.5”/800mm and one depth of 51.12”/1400mm plus an LX side cooling unit 11.81”/300mm wide x 51.12”/1400mm
The modular design allows you to deploy additional cooling units and cabinets when demand increases. The standard depth of 1400mm allows for the increase in new server depths, higher heat loads and extra space for cabling.
Heavy duty castors and levelling feet make siting and deployment easier, once positioned, the cabinet can be levelled, which is especially useful on uneven floors. The plinth system allows easy access for cabling to pass underneath, once commissioned, plinth panels complete the look.
Protecting and prolonging the life of your IT equipment is paramount so the EDGE-7 provides a safe constant dust free working temperature.
How it works
Cold air continuously flows on to the front of the IT equipment, which in turn heats, the air before being pulled through the heat exchanger matrix via a series of EC fans.
